These terms explain, in plain language, how you can use the directory, what we expect from accounts and contributors, and how business listings and claims work. Using Livermore Hub means you agree to these terms.
Reviews & submissions
Content you publish (reviews, photos, community posts) must be your own, truthful, and respectful. By posting, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and moderate it across the directory.
Business listings & claims
Listings are compiled from public sources, Google Places, and direct submissions. Owners can claim their listing to manage hours, contact info, and photos — subject to verification.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the directory, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Good to know
Directory accuracy. We work hard to keep listings up to date, but some information is sourced from public data and may occasionally be stale. If you spot something off, let us know via the contact page.
Third-party services. Maps, places data, and reviews pulled from Google are shown with attribution and governed by Google's own terms. Your account data is stored with Supabase.
Changes. We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer. Livermore Hub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't responsible for third-party businesses listed in the directory. For serious issues, please contact the businesses directly.
