OUR FOUNDING REVIEW STANDARD

Trust should come with details.

A “verified” label means specified facts were checked. It is not a guarantee of future performance, a “best business” ranking, or something a company can buy.

Before a profile
goes public.

We’re preparing our first profiles. Joe personally reviews the information and completes the applicable checks before a verification badge appears.

Personal familiarity and networking memberships do not replace evidence. Unknown or incomplete information stays pending.

  1. 01

    Business identity & contact

Confirm the business name, authorized representative, website, and primary customer contact details.

  2. 02

    Service to Livermore

Confirm which services the business provides to Livermore customers. An office outside the city is welcome; a fabricated local address is not.

  3. 03

    Applicable licenses & insurance

Check required professional or trade credentials against the relevant sources and review applicable insurance evidence. Record when a check does not apply and why.

  4. 04

    Customer-feedback sources

Check that linked review profiles belong to the business and review available feedback. Google reviews will be clearly attributed; no invented ratings or testimonials.

  5. 05

    Clear dates & corrections

Show what was checked, by whom, and when. Material changes or concerns prompt further review. Owners and customers can request corrections.

Payment & independence

Founding participation is free during the initial launch. Future advertising or marketing services will be disclosed and will not buy a passing verification outcome or a better editorial rating.

Concerns deserve a fair review

A complaint starts a review, not an automatic removal. Joe will consider the evidence and give the business an opportunity to respond. Serious problems can result in suspension or removal.

Reviews are a separate step

On-site customer reviews are not open yet. The planned process includes personal review of both positive and negative submissions, evidence of the customer interaction, and a chance for the business to respond.

See something wrong?

Contact Joe with the business name, the specific concern, and a source if available. Please keep personal customer information and sensitive documents out of your initial message.
