I thought there might be a good customer service(or at least no miscommunication). I was told to book an appointment through website which I did after I tried walkin to a few branches and didnt have the service I requested. I got a call just before 1 hour that they no longer provide the service I requested. There is clearly a disconnect between your website and your branch availability. I finally was informed that my service(notary) request is not available at this branch or they dont assist at this time.Your website shows that you have a notary service but you state that notary not available.

I tried cashing a check here recently it was a Wells Fargo issued check, they would not do it. After tons of frustration I went to my bank, and since it was a personal check and not written out to my company I had to open a new account. No big deal my bank cashed the check on the spot and I came back the next day to sign the paperwork for the new account. I keep my business and my personal checkings and savings and gold lines at Bank of the West. The teller was great, but the supervisor at Wells Fargo was more interested in giving me her business card so I can file a complaint then helping me with my issue. What kind of world do we live in where you can't cash a Wells Fargo issued check at Wells Fargo.

I have been coming to this branch for my banking needs for more than 30 years. They have certainly changed over time, but all for the better in my mind. When we needed to refinance our second, we were given the best service and support in the branch when we came down to finalize the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this branch.
