I have gone to this Walgreens 4 times in the last 3 days. Still haven't gotten my prescription. Today Sunday. The drive thru was closed, no sign other than no pharmacist was in. Ok so I come back later 1.5 hours later still no pharmacist, I come back 30 minutes later. Sign in the window that the drive thru out of order and to come inside. I go inside, and the pharmacy is closed. I go back outside, a sign that says will be back at 1:30. Oh no that is when they went to lunch. So I left and gonna have the prescription transfered elsewhere. This is beyond ridiculous. The staff is rude and condescending.

Worst Walgreens experience I have ever had, literally stood at front counter waiting for help for 10 minutes without anyone checking out my 1 item. Was told that I should have stood in the photo line because they are both “the same line.” Why does one section say “Photos” if it’s for “checkout?” Will never come literally the worst managed Walgreens I ever been to and that’s a very low bar.

I just wanted to commend John, a manager, for his wonderful customer service, patience and kindness. Needed help in the photo department a few times and he was efficient, understanding and helped me and other customers as well. Wish there were more polite and helpful people like John!

Incompetent pharmacy. They did not call back the doctor for a code number. I was in terrible pain. She tried to call the pharmacy as soon as they opened. The staff kept on hanging up the phone calls. The doctor eventually changed to CVS. I won't be surprised if Walgreens file for bankruptcy. Horrible customer service. This Walgreens on First St. in Livermore should be evaluated by the Regional manager. This branch gives Walgreens a bad rating overall.

Every time I go to this location there is only 1 worker doing everything. She is always super sweet and nice but today there was a line of people and she was doing it all. Hire more people, it is not fair to her or the customers!!
