I’ve had a really positive experience with Vibrant Care in Livermore. The sessions have been really helpful and supportive, and both Hannah and James have been fantastic. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout my knee injury, and their help has made a big difference in my progress. I’d definitely recommend coming here for physical therapy

I've been working with Hannah at Vibrant Care. She brings an incredible sense of calm and compassion to every session. Her thoughtful, patient-centered approach immediately puts you at ease. Hannah's therapy methods are well-balanced and progressive. She doesn't overload you with too many exercises but focuses on a few key ones that address the problem thoroughly. Her ability to mix and match exercises keeps each session effective and engaging. It's clear she truly understands how to tailor therapy to each individual's needs. Honestly, Hannah feels like the backbone of this place -- her professionalism, empathy, and consistency make a real difference in recovery. That said, the clinic itself could further improve by expanding the therapy options. A holistic physical therapy experience should ideally include a combination of muscle massage therapy, cupping, electrical stimulation, and targeted muscle work in addition to exercises. Integrating combination of these in each session could help patients recover more completely and comfortably.

I’ve been to both the San Ramon and Livermore VibrantCare offices, and both have been great experiences. The San Ramon location looks newer, and the staff at both sites are professional and truly care about their patients. I worked with James and Menghan — they were excellent, very knowledgeable, and helped me make great progress. I highly recommend Vibrant Care to anyone looking for quality physical therapy and a supportive team!

Have had nothing but good experiences at Vibrant Care. The staff is friendly and always ready to start on time. I always leave feeling that I have a good plan for my rehabilitation (a knee in my case) and that I’m on the path to recovery.
