GoogleI came in because I was having e-SIM issues and Amanda helped fix it right away. Super friendly and quick. Really appreciated how fast and easy everything was at this location

GoogleShould’ve looked at the reviews before coming. Worst experience ever. Worst communication, no accountability. Serious issues with this store location. Edit: had to call the corporate customer support line to essentially undo everything the associates in store had done and properly complete my orders. When I called this location initially to resolve, I was met with the associate that “helped” me denying that I ever mentioned a trade-in phone offer, even thought we had spent the entire conversation speaking about the address it would ship to. Additionally, I was charged for two internet lines after being told by the associate that one line would automatically get canceled. That was completely false, and I had to call the corporate line to have a ticket placed to actually cancel one of the orders. Straight up gaslighting, lying, incompetent, no accountability, and created more issues.

GoogleThis is absolutely the worse customer service place I have ever encountered in my life. This place makes me hate Verizon. They do not ask if anyone needs help, and it’s not like the store is a big place either. I can hear them breathing! They are sitting there in the middle of the store doing absolutely nothing. No hi, how can I help you. Finally went up for help and all they do is tell you to follow the steps on the phone. Couldn’t I do this at home then ? By the time I realize it’s not working about 30 minutes later they say oh you need to pay to use our wifi !If you are not there to be sold something you are useless to them. Please remove the workers in this store. They need to go ! Edit- I have went in 3 different times hoping it would be a different experience maybe they had a bad day, NOPE just bad customer service.

GoogleI visited this store today planning to switch from AT&T to Verizon, but after experiencing the worst customer service, I completely changed my mind. Now I hate Verizon. The representative was Marilyn, a Verizon Specialist.
