We love Valley Plumbing! Our tech today, Carl, was fantastic! We had (3) leaking faucets that needed to be replaced and also our master shower drain. From the moment I welcomed Carl into our home I immediately felt at ease. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Carl clearly communicated what needed to be replaced and quickly got to work on removing old faulty fixtures while awaiting confirmation from his parts division on the eta of new replacement fixtures. Carl took the time to show me how to shut the hot water off on my hot water heater if ever needed in the future. Also offered helpful suggestion on how to effectively clean the sink drains and my shower glass. Thank you!! It was such a pleasure to have Carl take care of our plumbing repairs and highly recommend his and Valley Plumbing services for any and all plumbing needs!

Johnathan was fantastic. He was able to replace a thermostat shower cartridge instead of changing the control valve requiring a large cut in the shower wall. For the first time we have almost instant hot water after installing the Comfort System for recirculating hot water. The installation was super fast and we saved money. Paying less than the original work order on the shower alone. Area was left clean and tidy. Great work Johnathan and thank you for looking out for us.

Valley Plumbing fixed my tankless Navien water heater, which was leaking. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, quickly diagnosed the root cause, and helped me contact the vendor to warranty the replacement part. A small issue came up after two days, but when I called again during the holiday, their on-call technician was able to come out right away and fix it with no charge(30 days labor guarantee). Now my water heater is running perfectly fine. Anyway, if the hourly rate overall were a little cheaper, it would be perfect.

I highly recommend Valley Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are completely honest in their assessments, if you have a plumping problem. I found that Jonathan is very experienced and got the job done perfectly. He and his partner figured out how to repipe the line through the attic and through the beams and down to the kitchen manifold. Jonathan was able to minimize cutting through the drywall to repipe the line. Absolutely, brilliant of him! I had other estimates for a leaky pipe from other plumbers and they wanted to repipe the whole house which cost a lot of $$$$$$. I was fortunate to call Valley Plumbing! Thank You, Mike and Jonathan and the rest of your crew. I have no problem with them and if you want your plumbing done right with honesty and integrity call them!
