I had a package rerouted for pickup at this location. Seeing other reviews I wasn’t sure I’d be able to actually receive the package here, but I was able to find the (fairly well hidden) parcel pickup door. You need to park in customer parking in the back (second entrance) and walk up to the pickup door which is located behind the loading dock in my photo. Once you ring the doorbell, staff will come out and help you get your package/mail.

Did not attempt delivery (left notice on my mailbox without knocking on my door or anything). USPS line provided incorrect pickup address (other post office in town), ending up picking up and signing for my package here. Signage is non existent for pickup location.

Our mail Delivery man Jordan Alveraz has been refusing to deliver mail to my house. He said he’s scared of the dogs barking inside the house. As I tried to explain to him that it is Physically impossible for our dogs to reach him at all. Let me repeat I told him it and tried to explain how it was physically impossible for the dogs to reach him. Jordan claims he is scared that our dog will bight him. I have had the same dog for 14 years and have been living in the same house and the dog has never bit anyone before. To put things in better perspective the previous mail carrier used to play with my dog everyday. Jordan is scared when he hears the dogs bark. He continued to not deliver me my mail. After I left an official complaint over three weeks ago I am yet to get a response. I went down to Las Positas to talk to them. The lady agreed with me that it was physically impossible, but yet he refuses to deliver me my mail if hears or sees my dog barking inside my house.

First off, I don't think that the staff in this post office are rude. Perhaps the lady should know better that she's calling on a holiday. And that the gentleman who answered her call just answered it to tell her that they are closed. I think the lady who called is the RUDE one. 😂 My personal feedback:. The counter staff are helpful and courteous. They always greet you with a smile. Praise God for wonderful people at the USPS. THANK YOU ! E. Lennon
