Customer service is amazing, though she wasn’t familiar of the french brand Vichy she called and asked and helped me find the area for it. Sadly there’s only a handful but hopefully there will be more products of Vichy. It’s the only brand like La Roche Posay that calmed my overly sensitive skin that burned from use of anything Retinal or HA products from Korean brands to JBeauty and Original. I am from Toronto and visit my family often and I forgot my Vichy cicalfate wash. I decided to get the La Roche Toleriane wash.

I wasn't impressed ans judging by the comments, I'm not the only one. Literally just left out of here. Upon arrival a person was putting stock up. I asked about full face concealer stating that I'm not really a makeup wearer but knew I wanted that. I have no idea about color match and needed some assistance. They pointed me in the direction of some product lines and said they would help once they finished stocking the product they had out. I lingered between the options they picked and waited. Another person was walking around and noticed me twice but didn't bother to help. The first person was done stocking but didn't come back to me like they'd said. I just left because it felt like they really weren't interested in my business. Felt like an obligation rather than a customer.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Ulta Beauty. We asked an associate named Zara to unlock a perfume from the glass display. Instead of checking properly, she looked elsewhere. When we pointed out that the item was clearly inside the case, she returned with the keys, opened it, and then slammed the glass door shut so hard we honestly thought it might break. Her attitude was openly rude and hostile. She stared at us, said “It’ll be in the front,” and walked away without any attempt to help further. No professionalism. No courtesy. Just unnecessary attitude. We reported the incident to the manager, Yesenia, because that behavior should not be tolerated. If you need assistance, avoid Zara. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager handled the situation and apologized for the associate’s rude behavior.

I’ve been to many Ulta stores, but by far this is the best one with the best customer service. As soon as I walked in, a friendly associate (I didn’t catch her name) helped me right away. She showed me exactly where the product was located and even did a shade match for me. She was very attentive, patient, and genuinely nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this store — definitely the best Ulta I’ve visited so far!

First off, being a platinum member I did not particularly care for my experience at this location today. That's he availability of products is great but the customer service not so great. Why are all of the sales associates hanging out at the registers and none on the floor assisting customers? I had to go up front to ask if someone can help me color match a foundation. The girl "supposedly" told someone over the walkie. I waited almost 10 mins and still no one came. I matched myself to the best of my abilities, made my purchase and left. I don't think I want to shop at this store anymore.
