Overall, a great experience the front desk person was super friendly. I wish I knew his name. Using the app makes pick up much smoother! Overall, a great experience using the U-Haul truck.

I rented a 26 foot truck to move across country. This location was very proactive and let me know I'd be going to Pleasanton to get it. I appreciated the "heads up". Once we got to packing and loading we ended up needing addition room and add a trailer to the rental. The manager was helpful with a discount. He made sure we were hooked up correctly and took the time to give some advice and tips to drive safe on our 2500 mile journey. The store has plenty of extra things that are important for packing; couch covers, shrink wrap, and tape for all those dang boxes. I'd recommend this place for your moving needs. Have never had a worse experience with a professional business like this before. I am an already stressed college student, leaving to head back to school in two days. Made a reservation for a trailer over a week ago (because I obviously need to bring my things down with me, as I will be permanently living there now). I get a message less than an hour ago saying my trailer pick-up location has been moved over an hour away, which I am not able to get to. They completely changed our reservation, and now I am not sure how to get my belongings down with me - I absolutely do not have the room in my car (I am also bringing furniture) . Absolutely unreal, I highly highly recommend looking elsewhere. They were not able to accommodate to ANY of my needs or give any refunds. Ridiculous.
