MANAGEMENT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I have family who has been cast in productions here and sadly how they treat kids in their cast is appalling. They are willing to work with actor conflicts only if your child is affiliated with the board or someone who works with the theater. Possible conflicts and solutions were provided when role was offered and understood by the directing team. Until they changed their minds midshow rehearsals, kicking a young child out of their cast with no transition to a new actor or chance to say goodbye.
