I recently had a warranty issue being corrected at the dealership and after doing their full on safety inspection, I was told that my front brakes needed to be replaced. Typically, I don’t trust what the dealership says and I have dealt with Tri Valley Car Care in the past at thier old location for smog inspections. I took my truck in for a second opinion and asked how much would it be for a front brake inspection and was surprised to hear that they did that at no charge. I waited there about an hour later they told me my front brakes were fine. I still have plenty of miles left on the pads, but noticed that one of my front shock was leaking hydraulic fluid. After calling the extended warranty company, I was told that the shocks are covered under my warranty. Being I was going to pay for the repair no matter the outcome they ordered the parts ahead of time. The warranty company was a nightmare to deal with. I made numerous calls and so did Evan. About a week later they finally got back to us, sent somebody out to take a look at it, even though Evan had sent a ton of pictures to the company to verify that it did need to be replaced. The car was basically there for almost a week and a half but during that timeframe, Evan and the crew at Tri Valley Auto Care were very helpful and replace both shocks in record time. The whole time the car was there they kept in touch with me, giving me updates and I as well notifying them from what I heard from the warranty company. They did great work turnaround was quick very happy with them and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any future needs for my vehicles. I also would strongly recommend them for any future needs auto repair.

They provided fast and professional service. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they did the rotation at no cost. They also identified a missing lug nut which they replaced at no charge since it was a safety issue. The staff was very friendly and didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary.

I went to Tri Valley car care for an oil change the man who helped me was polite , professional and and advised it would be 1 to 1.5 hours I waited and the car was ready in an hour check out was easy and service was great. In the future if I have any car service I need I would hesitate to have Tri Valley Car Care do the work, very pleased

I have always used The one on First Street to have my vehicle smog. And now I decided to use the other shop on railroad to have my oil changed on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma I know there family oriented and that’s what I really like about them clean professional fast very nice to deal with. I always try to support the local shops instead of the dealers. I will Definitely return as needed. Dave
