GoogleExceptional service and quality. Bought a bike for my daughter as a Christmas gift, Mike went above and beyond to customize it the way I wanted and ensured it was all done in time. I’m pretty picky and always research before a purchase, The moment I walked in I felt a good vibe. I’ll be back for all our future bikes. Can’t recommend them enough!

GoogleJohnnie is a great Service manager and is blessing to the company Trek and community he and the fellas serve.Lets all pray for brutha Robby' the great.bike mechanic he is for a quick recovery,from his Cycle accident,Jack and Mike and the other nice floor guy are great people persons that can sl in a wrench in a quick second,to get you on your way,riding out the door,happy as clam,not.in a hot pot.GOD Bless Johnie and the Crew at TREK,They are my Batman pit Stop crew,that keeps me on the road,to good for others and to protect the Older younger and meeksters that don't stand up for what is right THIS IS batman for JESUS.ps go and doing something good for a less fortunate one.Paul Maximus

GoogleAll staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am a complete newcomer to the bicycle world and they treated me with respect, didn’t try to upsell me, and explained everything they were doing. Definitely recommend and will be back

GoogleThe staff was super attentive and everyone was eager to help which I really appreciated. Sam the Service Manager came out and talked me through everything. Justin, Store Mgr, came by as well to check in on things. Jaime did a great job when he called me with an update on my bike build.

GoogleTrek Livermore has a very large selection of bikes to choose from, so you can determine which one is best for you. It has a large parking lot in the back where you can test ride bikes. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They also deliver bikes to your home at the end of the day. Thank you!
