TraNails in Livermore is absolutely amazing! I treated myself to the Ultimate Pedicure, and it was hands down one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. They even offered a beverage to enjoy during the service, which was such a nice, thoughtful touch and really added to the pampering experience. The Ultimate Pedicure included collagen socks, sea salt soak, mask, nail shaping and cuticle care, sugar scrub, an incredible massage, hot stones, paraffin, and a hot towel—every single step felt luxurious and unhurried. The attention to detail was outstanding, and I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and polished. The staff was kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for the ultimate pedicure experience in Livermore, TraNails truly delivers. I can’t wait to come back!

Always have had the best experience at this nail salon, but this one was EXTRA special. I called in just a few hours before the store close time, on New Year’s Eve. I had been trying to come in all week, and I ended up catching the very informative owner on the phone. She explained the differences between GelX and acrylic sets and what would work better for me given the design I had chosen. Even though it was a custom set, she immediately agreed to be able to do them that evening, and reassured me of flexibility in time, regardless of it being a holiday! When I got there, the ladies teamed up and had me finished in less than 2 hours. It was painless, efficient, and GORGEOUS. Ha took her time with the details on me, and even stayed back (again on a holiday evening, despite her own family plans) and did a little photoshoot with me for her social media pages. One of the best new years gifts for me, that Ha and the salon played a special part in. I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and this particular design meant a lot for the year that I’ve been through, and what butterflies have meant in my life :) the fact that she agreed to do them at the drop of the hat wA the best. very welcoming salon with talented and knowledgeable artists. Highly recommend, even if you just have questions about nails/manicures/etc. thank you TraNails, a happy new year to you all!

This was my first visit to TraNails in over 10 years (I think it used to be a different salon back then). The staff is so sweet and the atmosphere is amazing!! Ha did my nails and I can honestly say they’re the best Gel X French tips I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and the care she took with nail prep to make sure everything was perfect was so admirable. She was incredibly kind and understanding when my work schedule changed last minute. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!!
