We were thrilled to find Total Floors by accident through a flier. We were searching for a company to remove tile/carpet and replace with luxury water-proof flooring. From the very beginning, Jaime, Patrick, and Kam knew their information/specs by memory and were so helpful choosing the right flooring to go with. I could not remember a time that we were this impressed with a company. We chose the flooring and scheduled the installation. Ignacio and Pedro were on time and very friendly. Our tile was very difficult to remove, and had to be jack-hammered out. The smile never left their faces and explained exactly what they were doing. The job took only 4 days total, which was a day earlier than expected, even with the tough tile. Jaime took the time to send us photos of other jobs describing what we could expect. Kam also went through each step and was present daily at our house. I cannot say enough about the family run company. Excellent, excellent, excellent. If you are in the market for new flooring, we HIGHLY recommend Total Floors! Update! Oct 2020 We recently did a bathroom remodel and decided to use the same vinyl flooring we went with in the rest of the house. We called Jaime and Kam, ordered the flooring, and made the decision to install it ourselves since it was such a small space. However, when the time came to install, it was much more difficult than we imagined. The planks needed to be matched with the existing floor and many cuts were needed around the closets, vanity, and toilet. We called Kam and within a week he had a his already busy installers at our house finishing the bathroom. They made it look easy and completed it in a few hours. They even installed the baseboards for us. I cannot say enough about this company. For my wife and I, Total Floors is Total Customer Service. I would recommend them to anyone for any job. I have worked with Total Floors as an Interior Designer and as a private customer. The quality of sales and installation service is excellent. Ahmed is both very personal and professional, a pleasure to work with. He is excellent at sourcing materials, even those hard to find, and does so at very fair pricing. Out of the other Tri Valley flooring stores, Ahmed was the only one who perfectly matched an existing hardwood floor for a customer that had had the current flooring for over 7 years and was looking to install it in other areas of the house. He was also able to source the exact hardwood floors for my home when I decided to replace carpeting in other rooms and was able to do so at a great price. The craftsmanship was excellent and his team of installers were great to work with and very respectful of caring for my home. I highly recommend Total Floors for your flooring needs.

Patrick and the team were incredible. The company came highly recommended from others and they absolutely did not disappoint. The project was completed even earlier than originally quoted, communication was proactive, quick and consistent. Stop here, because you found a the right flooring people for you!

My wife chose Total Floors because of the reviews she read. Well the reviews were accurate because the Total Floors Team rocks! We were greeted and help by Jamie as soon as we walked in. We described what we were looking for and she immediately had samples on the ground. We were able to choose our flooring in about 30-45 minutes. Kam came out to our house, measured, and had a quote to us in about 1-2 days. Jamie set us up with the contract and got us on the schedule immediately. We had the demo/install team in our house about 2-3 weeks after signing. We had Arturo and his crew demo and install the flooring plus some tile. Arturo was great with communicating and double checking what we wanted every step of the way. Jamie was constantly checking in and making sure things were going as planned. Kam was on site everyday to make sure things were being installed properly and to answer any question we had. Great company with great people working there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. Our house was completely changed. Thank you Total Floors Team!
