Great experience from start to finish. This is a family-owned shop with excellent customer service and really knowledgeable staff. They walked me through the different tint options, and I went with XPEL XR Plus, which provides up to 97% UV protection. They’re licensed XPEL installers, so the tint comes with a lifetime warranty—huge plus. The whole install only took a couple of hours, and they taped off the windows as a reminder not to roll them down for the first few days—nice attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they even offered complimentary transportation to and from work at no extra cost. Will definitely be coming back again.

I took 2 cars here at the Livermore location since it was closer from a recommendation from a friend who went to their Brentwood location. They did a really good job on removing the crappy old tint without damaging the rear defroster lines on my WRX STi and putting on the new ceramic tint. Looks way better on the outside and I can see much better at night from the inside with the ceramic tint vs the old nonceramic tint. The heat rejection and glare reduction definitely made a difference. I came back the next week and got front PPF, full ceramic tint, and full ceramic coating or my mom's Lexus RX350h. The process was a few days and they gave me a loaner car to use in the meanwhile. Really happy with how it turned out and not having to worry about rock chips on the front. The ceramic really makes the white paint look even better. Jordan will take care of you there and walk you thru everything, just know it'll take time for a good job and be patient.

They do fantastic work. They are very knowledgeable and very respectful. They make sure you understand every step in the process and they explain the product in great detail so you understand what you are purchasing. The tint instalation for my vehicle was only 4 hours. Very quick. It was a little pricey but well worth it for the quality and benefits. I have pictures here right after completion. I'll post more after the tint settles in properly. Edit: It took a little while to get new photos and upload them but the tint settled in completely within a week which is pretty average timing. It looks amazing the additional photos are uploaded and you can see the difference. Still 5 star review!

I was looking to have my SUV tinted and came across this business. After reading some of the reviews, I went onto their website and was impressed by the pricing and variety of services offered. I initially inquired about pricing, and was contacted within 24hrs. From the beginning, the customer service was timely and knowledgeable. I booked an appointment, through there website, and received a confirmation again, within 24hrs. When I arrived at Tintix, I was greeted and directed to a kiosk, to start my check-in process. The kiosk was pretty impressive, as it even had a video to watch, that informed you of the services that you were interested in purchasing. Jordan the owner, is a kind gentleman who greeted me, then he spoke to be with attentiveness and care. As a customer it was nice, to have customer service that was personable and not just about upselling. I got ceramic tint, on the front and back windows, with a strip on the windshield. I am impressed by the quality and timely manner, that the job was completed in. Thank you Jordan for making my experience wonderful and memorable. I would definitely recommend this business, to anyone looking to get their car tinted. Great pricing and great customer service!
