Always in and out over here but frustrated to see online that the hours for Sunday still show open. Went to suggest hour changes because they're in fact closed on Sunday, and on the edit page it shows closed but for anyone searching looking it up you'd think they were open 7 days a week. The only UPS in Livermore I know open Sunday is off Stanley.

Shipping label was free from cuisinart but not packaging. This UPS store charged me 40$ to bubble wrap and put my food processor in a shipping box. Next time I’ll package myself. I’ll never pay them to do that again. Bad customer service!

Watch out when they w e i g h your UPS box since they will push down on your box to make it weigh more than it is so can you get charged extra. Or they give you a receipt that says 0 lb. Allowing them to fill in any weight they want after you've left. I mentioned this to UPS Customer Service they seemed concerned but UPS customer service didn't seem to care too much, I wonder why?

I have used this location's business mailbox service for about 18 months and have literally 0 complaints. The pricing is fair and the staff behaves professionally. They always handle my needs efficiently, have plenty of staff available, and never bother me unnecessarily (if we haven't picked up a package, for example) Great service, Im a bit confused by the broadly negative reviews. I think this location changed ownership around the time that I became a client. If you need mail services I wouldn't hesitate to use this business
