My pup Violet stayed for 5 days while I was away. This was her first time away from her family. I was so worried to leave her. I was able to call to get updates which clalmed my anxiety. When I picked her up she was extremely happy and didnt even seem like she missed me at all which is a huge plus. I would consider it over all a wonderful experience. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the updates. When I called to check on her the person didnt seem to have any idea how she was doing or how her day went. They just read what the computer said. It would have been better if I had been able to hear how she interacted with the other dogs and how she was dealing with her time in the kennel. If they gave daily photos and reports this would for sure be 5 stars. I will use them again for sure and I hope they change things up and do daily photos and reports. It would have put me at complete ease. Again everything they did do was great and my dog was happy which is the most important! Thank you to everyone there for taking care of Violet my fun baby. She will be back to see you again

Our pup Cowboy just got his report card, and it absolutely made our day. He was called calm, charming, playful, well-behaved—and even Mr. Popular! 🐾 The team clearly adores him and gives every dog individual attention. He’s always happy, tired (in a good way), and excited to go back. We’re so grateful to have a place like this where he’s cared for like family. Highly recommend!

First time boarding experience with Ranch Pet Resort and Spa went so wrong. My healthy 2 year poor golden retriever came back with red, itchy paws, bad ear bacterial infection that costed me $400 and multiple weeks to get her treated. I don't recommend this place. It certainly looks good when touring but they don't care when you leave your pet behind.

I love the fact that my pets are so excited to visit the Ranch Resort. I feel they are cared for with the TLC I give them. One thing I feel would make it perfect is if they had a live feed cam that I can check on them throughout the day

Been bringing our pups to them for years. They inspire a high level of trust. Can't say enough good things. Love The Ranch. They take great care of my most treasured companions.
