My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Benny at The Joint Chiropractic for years, and we would follow her to any location she goes to. I literally track her schedule because she is, without question, the most personable and attentive chiropractor I’ve ever met. What sets Dr. Benny apart is how deeply she cares about who you are as a whole person. She remembers our jobs, our weekly activities, what’s going on in our lives, and even how our family is growing. She asks thoughtful questions before every adjustment and tailors her care based on what we’ve been doing that week — whether I’ve been working with my hands in the garage and overdid it, or sitting at a desk for long stretches. I always leave feeling aligned, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. She has also been incredible with my pregnant wife, modifying every adjustment with such skill and gentleness. She offers helpful stretches, exercises, and practical advice that actually make a difference between visits. Over time, she’s become a true staple in our lives — not just a chiropractor, but someone who supports our health with compassion and consistency. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Daniela at the front desk. She is absolutely fantastic. My FSA requires monthly receipts, and she always has them ready the moment we walk in. On top of that, she sends friendly check‑in texts when we haven’t been in for a while. Some people might see reminders like that as pushy, but hers are always warm, helpful, and genuinely encouraging — a great nudge to use the care you’re already paying for. Between her organization and her kindness, she makes every visit smooth and welcoming. We’ve been on the four‑visits‑per‑month package for years, and it’s been an incredible value — especially with a team that consistently goes above and beyond. So today was my first time ever, and I was very nervous and hesitant. Dr. Benny was so patient and was amazing! She was efficient and gentle, I feel great and I'm not scared anymore!

I've gone to three different areas. The one place I go to in Livermore, Dr. Benny Sahibzadah She is absolutely the best. I think she goes beyond which as being a client. I really appreciate it. She takes care of me very well. Gets my neck gets my lower back. Gives me suggestions to do nighttime and checks up on me. She's the best.

Dr.B listens if I am sore in a different place when I go in. Days I feel great she discover what I need to be worked on. Been going g for a year and love the results. I ride horses and was have trouble with flexibility to get on. I have improved a great deal.
