Jake truly demonstrated his skills as a real estate agent from start to finish. More than that, he consistently went above and beyond to make our new home happen for us. We originally found Jake through our own research into local realtors with strong experience on both the buyer and seller sides—and his excellent reviews immediately stood out. We sold our home of 35 years and purchased our next home. We had many emotional days and lots and lots of tears but we are happy with our choice to purchase in a 55+ active community. Our Realtor, Jake Fahnhorst, Keller Williams Realty, was fantastic. We found Jake through a family friend and we wouldn’t change a thing. Jake’s best trait is how well he listened, we’d been in our home a long time and he listened to our stories, felt our emotions and helped us make the best decisions every step of the way. There was some confusion about an estate sale we went to, the dates got mixed up, no fault on Jake’s side, so he surprised us with a beautiful housewarming gift, what a wonderful surprise. Jake is a realtor that anyone would be lucky to have to sell or buy a home for them. He is respectful, so very thoughtful, he’s an all-around really good guy.
