This is a great, historic place in Livermore for parties and other types of rentals. My company has rented this place a bunch of times for holiday parties and I have attended a wedding here as well. All of their improvements here make it that much nicer. I took these photos before we set up for a party last December, 2019.

Went to Fertile Grounds fundraiser. This is an awesome group. They moved the event inside. The only issue was the heat. There is no AC in the Barn and it was cool outside. There set up was done nicely and for the garden-theme. The outside area is small but this looks good and well maintained.

Attended a Bird Mart here. It was a warm day and it was pretty toasty inside the building. Not sure who provided the parking lot security, but they were wonderful helping us to find a spot!

It is a small venue with a step down at the door that our event organizers has a big sign warning guests. The bathroom is adequate.
