Absolutely love The Bar Method!❤️The workouts are challenging, and the instructors make sure your form is perfect. I’ve noticed a big difference in strength and posture. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an workouts 💪

Bar Method Livermore is an awesome exercise community and an amazing all-around workout. In one hour you truly feel like you can check off exercise for the day!! The full hour original Bar Method class is my all time favorite.....starting with a light warm up, working into exercise sets for your arms, calves, thighs, gluts and abs......in between sets there are plenty of push ups, planks and stretching!! I started in 2010 when my third child started kindergarten and now well into menopause I credit Bar Method for helping maintain my weight, being able to keep up with my super fit family and avoiding mid life meds!! Come check out the Livermore studio, make some new friends and start a fitness routine you will love and be able to stick with for years to come.

Absolutely love the Bar Method exercise program. I’ve made great strikes in building muscle, posture, and strength. I am able to wear racerback tops, and halter tops which previously gave me headaches. Appreciate the personal touch.

I have never loved working out, but have finally found motivation in coming to The Bar Method. Every day with barre, I feel stronger, more flexible, more capable and connected to my body. The workouts are approachable for those beginning their fitness journey with more advanced classes for those looking to add something new to their routine. Classes are available early morning, after breakfast, lunchtime, before dinner, and after work. If you are interested in barre, then I highly recommend trying The Bar Method Livermore. -Kristina

I have been going to classes at Bar Method Livermore for the past year and a half. I love all the different class formats offered and they offer classes at multiple times every day. The instructors are all well-trained, helpful and so encouraging - and they make the classes fun! I'm so much stronger and in better shape than when I first started and I'm very happy that I joined!
