Team Martial Arts has had a large transformation during late 2025 to the start of 2026. I'm attaching photos of the new and improved Team Martial Arts dojo. My photo's don't do the place justice. My daughter started going here when she was 6 years old. A quick blink and she's now 13 going on 30, and attempting to earn her black belt. The staff at Team Martial Arts have been nothing but wonderful throughout the years, pushing her when she's needed it and being supportive during her lows. Team Martial Arts has helped her to find confidence when she's needed it, a community she's welcome in no matter what, and much knowledge that helps in life both on and off the mat.

I’m very happy with Team Martial Art. My son absolutely loves coming here — every class he’s excited, motivated, and learning something new. The coaches are patient, positive, and really know how to connect with kids. We’ve noticed a big improvement in his confidence, focus, and discipline since joining. A great environment with great people. Highly recommended!

I can't wait to rave about my son's martial arts class! The instructors are absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly supportive. They go above and beyond to encourage each child, fostering confidence and a sense of accomplishment with every session. What truly sets this studio apart is the way they teach manners and discipline with such love and support. They instill important values like respect and self-control in a way that's empowering rather than intimidating. It's amazing to see how my son has grown not just in his martial arts skills, but also as a respectful and disciplined individual. Convenience is another big plus—the class schedule is flexible, making it easy to fit into our busy lives. Plus, communication with the instructors and owners is seamless. They keep parents informed every step of the way, whether it's about upcoming events, progress updates, or just checking in to see how things are going. I couldn't be happier with the positive impact this class has had on my son!

My daughter Iris says she absolutely loves her Sifus, and the classes are super fun. She looks forward to each lesson and learning new things. As a parent I appreciate the patience everyone has for all the children. If someone is struggling they make sure to take the time to help. No one is left behind and they make sure it's a safe comfortable space. Me and Iris would absolutely recommend Team Martial Arts to all parents and children.

My son has been going to Team martial arts since Nov of last year and absolutely loves to come to his classes!! Sifu Chao is AMAZING in his teaching style. His voice is so effective that keeps your attention and focus on what he’s teaching the whole time. Sifu Laura is always there at the front to welcome you with a smile. I also love their belt promotion ceremony which doesn’t feel like it makes kids pressured or nervous for testing. Rather it’s such a great vibe and excitement with all kids testing together and getting their belts. Planning to have my younger one join soon too!
