GoogleBEST experience I’ve ever had here at any T mobile store. In general T mobile is the best domestically and internationally as they are actually owned by a German Company called Deutsche Telekom. But anyway that’s besides the point. The reason I am personally typing this review today and not using my personal assistant/smoothie maker is because of the recent experience and treatment at this location. It was exceptional. Above and beyond. In fact I would like to give a special shout out to Nate, Nick, and Ashley. The team truly helped me feel welcome and well attended to. I went in during iPhone 17 launch weekend but I ended up buying BOTH a google pixel 9a because it was on promotion. Thank you so much! Great job. Great service 10/10 stars for the team here.

GoogleThis customer service gives false information and does not explain the consequences of joining T mobile. This led to me paying 2 bills and get a negative credit report besides not being able to use international call facility because of inadequate and wrong info just so she could get me on T mobile. Also the customer service got agitated and used an unpleasant tone when questions were asked which was uncalled for. This customer service makes people not trust T mobile. On the other hand Isaac from. 611 support was extremely helpful. The store number is 4516. The manager here please check this customer service girl who is bad for business and customers. She came off as very informative but when questioned came off as unpleasant and rude.

GoogleWorst experience I’ve EVER had at any TMobile store. I came in today to this location to simply pick up a TMobile Tuesday free gift. The app states that all that is needed is to show the redeemable code. I had the item saved in my app. The sales associates never asked for it. I even offered to show it to them. Instead 2 sales associates stated to me that I needed to provide my ID, fine, I did. Without my consent, they took a photo of the front and back of my drivers license. The male associate then went into the back to check if they even had the freebie. I asked why they needed to take photos of my ID, as it all happened so quickly. They stated I had to prove that I didn’t steal someone’s identity, needed to scan my ID to run it through some system to ensure that it is valid, AND needed to check that my account was in good standing. Which everything came back in good standing. My question is why is this location going through so many layers of validation for a free gift??? Nowhere does it state that this is required in the fine print. Angie, the sales associate, Google AI’d why she had to do it, and showed me her phone screen. If you are not sure and you had to Google AI an answer, then you obviously don’t know what you’re doing and what the rules are. Shouldn’t you know why you are doing this if you work there versus googling around? The other female coworker who was helping another customer, turns around, gives me the worse stare down, and proceeds to give me an answer in the most condescending tone. She started aggressively telling me why they are REQUIRED to do all of this and this is NEW policy. I stated I don’t want my ID stored and still want to know why they went through all of this for a freebie that I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE. Also when the male associate came out from the back, he looks at me and said “what did you say?”, as in to Angie. I didn’t say anything rude, I did not raise my voice, I merely asked simple questions as to why they needed photos of my ID to validate that it was legitimate? They all kept saying that they don’t store the ID photos. If it is NOT STORED, then how is the system able to validate it? Doesn’t the data need to be in some system/database to be able to be referenced and queried? Also I can literally see the photos on their IPAD screen. They stated that it’ll be deleted later in the system, okay then show me documentation as to where it states it gets deleted? Is this in any official TMobile workers handbook or TMobiles website? Nothing was provided to me, I just had to just take their word for it. I stated that I didn’t believe what they told me and I left the store. It was going no where and did not feel comfortable staying. Between all 3 associates, no one apologized or tried to escalate to proper channels. The worst part was when the only other customer there joined in, repeating out loud to me what the associates said, as if saying the same thing over and over, would all of a sudden make things make sense. This isolation/everyone versus one created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment for me. I understand if my ID was needed for situations like making changes to or opening an account, but this was not the case. Again, I was simply picking up a free plastic tmobile messenger bag; that I now DO NOT want due to this terrible experience. I’ve been a loyal customer of TMobile for many years and have multiple lines with them. I did not expect to be treated this way. No other store has even remotely put me through this level of scrutiny; I was treated as if I was a thief trying to con a free gift… Lastly, I did speak with TMobile corporate and they stated that the sales associates should have ASKED if they could take a photo of my ID as it is considered SENSITIVE data. Also asking for an ID is NOT standard TMobile protocol for picking up a freebie gift. Please please please train your employees on customer service, rules, and policies because they are blindly saying things that are completely false and just outright wrong! AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

GoogleAngie and her coworker are the best excelent service . Very helpful and friendly. I lost my phone to the lake Tahoe so I didn't have my old one, she set up everything on a phone I got from Amazon. No high pressure but I did switch my home internet front xfinity to T-Mobile wireless it works as good or better and 40 dollars less a month. And setup the internet at the store.Thank you!
