We just had our pool replastered by another company (big mistake) who told us 'we are not familiar with your filtration system, so we are not responsible for restoring your pool's flow.' They basically left us in a non-operational state after plaster was completed. We called Sun Pointe, they came out within 24 hours, got everything started, made recommendations, helped measure chems, helped start balancing chems, and stayed on deck answering questions for nearly 3 hours. All at no cost. I beyond recommend Sun Pointe to anyone. Honestly, even if you don't have a pool, get one just to work with these guys.

Sun Pointe has done a great job of servicing our pool since our long time service provider retired. They send me a report with pictures after every visit and are punctual, neat and orderly. Their prices are very reasonable and their follow up is excellent.

My pool cleaner sold his business to SunPointe. We had used him for years and he was amazing. I was nervous at first but this company has exceeded expectations! I also do property management so I switched those pools over as well. I love the email reports with photos that I can share with my owners of the properties I manage! They also let me know when something is in need of repair and prices are very reasonable! No other pool company has ever provided this for me. I feel like we are getting our moneys worth! Thank you SunPointe!
