They cut down beautiful old tall trees to create this development and in a random business district. There is no way they’ll stop at that one lot for development and will most likely cut all the mature trees in this area and replace this business district to void the awkwardness. As a long time east bay area resident, we were at first excited to see some new development in the area. Now it’s a lot and I’m starting to get really SICK of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! San Ramon is a sellout.

The beautiful communities, trees are all slowly being replaced by greed! The city can’t shy away from such a lucrative revenue stream!!! Very sad to see! Affordable?? I doubt it

I hope they will have low to moderate income homes for purchase under the San Ramon Housekeys Program
