We moved from Texas a few months ago...made the greatest mistake took my baby boy to a different groomers site and my little one look awful...he was even ashamed of himself 🥺 NOT KIDDING! After looking and asking around I found this place. Heaven sent! Ms. Diane is so kind and patience with every single 4 legged loved one that enters her establishment! I'm so happy that we found her and so is Nicco! Nicco looks like my little maltipoo again !! Thank you so much ma'am!

I had been seeing Heather for years with my first dog, and then continued after he passed with my current boy. We, like everyone else, were so sad to lose Heather. But Cosmo now sees Megan and it's still going great. Pampered Poodle is more affordable than the big name stores, 1/3 the wait time and it's a nice, small, homey place. It's not only a short wait time for me as the owner, but also for my pooch. It's a very personalized experience. My parents also bring their dog here, first to Heather and now with Megan also. She's a highly stressed girl so this environment with only a few dogs in the place at once and short wait times for pick up are a big win. The shop front is easy to access and there's plenty of rocks around the front for easy doggy potty time before/after grooming. As long as I'm in Livermore with a dog and pampered poodle is open, I'll be coming.

Love this place, Heather andand Shaun are amazing! Gizmo is such a hassle for most groomers yet, they are able to take care of him with no issues.

Meghan is awesome. Treats our pup with ease and professionalism. Couldn’t ask more if a person to entrust our dog with her.
