Tbh I had a really bad experience. I usually shop in subway because I use coupons for a good deal however I was notified they don’t except them here for some type of reason. The employee attitude felt like he did not even want to be there. Had headphones in no name tag and no attention to customer survive at all . I do not recommend. never coming back again

From the start the service was horrible 😣 As a visitor I was not expecting that at all. Specially because the area seems decent. Note, I am not from this area I’m visiting a friend. Walking into the restaurant the first thing she says to us, using attitude “we are not accepting any coupons” !! Seriously 😒 Why!? I don’t know, but being a woman of color I took it very offensive as if we were going to have enough money to pay for our food!? She definitely doesn’t deserve any stars. I had to give it at least one. Customer service was awful 😞 She was rude and we could tell she doesn’t enjoy her job at all. Her self being a woman of color shouldn’t treat customers like that!! I will NEVER be coming back to this subway EVER AGAIN!!!!

If I could give no stars I defiantly would. Went there around 6:45pm because it said it was still open. When I walked in I didn’t even get greeted all I received was a “We are closed” . Weird..because the door was unlocked and their OPEN light was still on. When we told them it looked like it was open the person said “We are slow so our boss said we are allowed to close”. This is the 2nd time we had this experience and the only reason we tried them again was because they were in the way of us going home but NEVER AGAIN. No wonder they have such a low rating…

This location did a great job. Some jerk customer was complaining really loud about his meatball sandwich. He was clearly wrong and the employee was very patient explaining to him. Poor lady being stuck in that situation : but well handled!

This location lost a customer today. Customer service and communication is not a priority here. I frequent this location sometimes, and every time I have purchased a sandwich from the menu and have added vegetables (at the end of the line) as usual. I ordered their new honey chicken sandwich and when it came to the veggie selection, I ask to add other toppings not listed on the menu. The middle-aged lady goes on to ignore me. So I politely ask for the veggie toppings again. “You can’t add more”, she said. “You chose this sandwich and this is what it comes with. Can’t you read?” I was surprised. I asked why. She said that it’s what the sign says. But I then mention that I’ve been here the last week and ordered their same sandwich and she made it. She said it is new policy. I ask where is the sign that says that. She then just points to the menu item, which doesn’t specifically say anything aside from what that sandwich has as ingredients. She noticed I wasn’t going to pay for the sandwich so she decided to add the additional veggies I wanted. I’m not sure if this is new Subway or specific franchise policy, but if it is/was, there is no customer awareness of this change or enforcement. Again, I have been here several times and even ordered the same sandwich by the same lady the week prior. This was a disappointing interaction and quite embarrassing since there was a customer after me. It’ll definitely be my last time coming here since this lady wasn’t professional at all.
