I stopped after a long day of working. I noticed the new pocket menu items. Look delicious. The guy who made it was very stingy with the items inside. I asked for more chipotle sauce he told me no. He only did a little squirt. Super crazy. Should’ve went to the one by my house.

I’m extremely disappointed by this subway location. I should have read the reviews before ordering, but consistent with others who mobile ordered from here, my footlong sub was completely incorrect and missing most of the ingredients. The sub is so thin and light, barely has any chicken, and missing jalapeños, pickles, black olives, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, and both the sauces (cheese sauce and creamy sriracha sauce). The sub is completely dry, empty, and flavorless. The location has zero excuses because when I went to pick up, there was only 1 customer and 4 employees. 0/5 stars.

Worst customer service. The staff is extremely rude, makes faces when you ask for anything extra, and even throws in unnecessary comments about what you want on your sandwich. I don’t want my food served with frustration or attitude. Out of all Subways i have been to this is the worst.

Very bad service. I usually do not put a review at first bad service but this place has repeatedly not fulfilled the order correctly. Even after I added a message to add the veggies as per the order there is hardly anything in the sub. I don’t know how much money will they save by not putting the veggies that the customer is asking for. The worst subway I have ordered from.

Very poor service, given by the asian gentleman twice now. Ordered a salad that came with two tomatoes, 4 pieces of shopped bell pepper and few jalapenos but full of lettuce. Will never go here again!
