Just switched over to State Farm with Ron Andre and his staff and I am so happy with the service! They are personable and really care about my concerns! I would highly recommend Ron to anyone searching for new home/auto insurance.

I would stay away from this office. After being transferred to Ron's office after my previous agent retired, I have had nothing but problems. The office staff is not very attentive and take forever to get back with you. There is virtually no follow through. Recently, we have had two separate policies cancelled for "non payment" The first cancellation was due to getting a new credit card which prevented the payment from going through. We didn't receive any follow up phone calls about a missed payment or any late bills, we just received the cancellation notice. When we inquired with the staff they insisted that they did try to call us and notify us however there is no record of this. No one in the family received any phone calls, voice mails of messages. Today we had another incident where we received a notice from DMV stating that they have not received proof of insurance. After calling Ron's office I was told by Jack that our policy was cancelled due to non-payment. I questioned this as I have not received any bills or notifications that our insurance was cancelling. Jack stated "I can assure you that you received at least 3 letters notifying you of a missed payment" This did not happen. When I called back, the office assistant Leta emphatically insisted that three letters were sent and numerous phone calls were attempted to notify me of a missed payment. I just pulled my phone records with AT&T and there is not one phone call made to us by Ron Andre's office. Leta said that our account was noted by Jack that he had left a message for us. Someone in this office is failing to do their duties. I find it quite suspicious that after 32 years with State Farm it wasn't until I was assigned to Ron's office that I started having problems with my insurance. They have had a high turnover rate over the last 2 years and this speaks volumes. If you chose to use this agent, be forewarned.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ron and his team. He is thorough, attentive, and really goes the extra mile to take care of us. Highly recommend.
