People are very courteous and helpful, and store seems well stocked but it's dirty, floors, shelving, bathroom. I only go in if necessary otherwise order online.

I'm pleased to say I have always had positive experiences with the Livermore location's Printing Services team. "Caleb" helped me today, and he did a fantastic job of setting up and completing my printing project while I waited. He immediately understood exactly what I needed done and checked in with me after each step of the process to make sure it was what I wanted before moving on to the next step. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he made this a seamless and stress-free experience. Caleb does a great job representing Office Max, and I will return in the future with more printing projects. Thank you! Five stars*****

I want to give a huge thank-you to three team members who transformed a stressful, two-day print scramble into a genuinely uplifting experience. Day One – Jason From the moment I walked in, Jason treated my tight deadline like it was his own. He listened, double-checked every detail, and dove right in to make sure I left feeling confident. Day Two – Caleb & Dylan When I returned, Caleb picked up exactly where Jason left off, then Dylan stepped in and quickly spotted a programming glitch that had slipped through. Instead of passing the buck, they owned the issue and calmly re-ran the job—no eye-rolling, no excuses, just patient problem-solving. Across both visits, the service never dipped. The hand-offs were seamless, and every interaction left me lighter and reassured. OfficeMax, you’re lucky to have these young men; they’re natural leaders in the making. Thank you, Jason, Caleb, and Dylan, for going above and beyond and reminding me that great customer service still exists. I won’t hesitate to come back—and I’ll be telling others to do the same.

So appreciative and grateful for the kind staff who took pity on my last minute printing emergency and helped me get my job done on time! Thank you doesn't cut it!! I went to two store locations and received expedited service at both places.
