Steve and team at SLMP have been our Property Managers for the last year managing multi properties (2 commercial buildings / multi-tenant) and a four plex for residential. I would highly recommend SLPM. The office team, maintenance and accounting team are very responsive to property management questions right away. The accounting team helped with questions on the monthly statements and the software and reports on the client portal are easy to follow. The management fees are straightforward and easy to understand without any surprises or hidden fees. In shopping for property management firms it was refreshing to see SLPMs pricing and no surprises. Steve is able to benchmark market rates for vacancies and renewals and is always responsive to questions. SLMP inspections are very thorough as well. (Ryan E.)

Steve and the group at SLPM have been managing my property for nearly a year, and I could not be happier with their care, sincerity and professionalism. Last year I inherited a property, but do not live in the area. Steve took the time to meet with me and went thoroughly through my options with me, answering all of my questions, before we had even decided if we were going to list it with him. I felt like he was legitimately interested in what was best for me and my needs, and was sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult situation for me with the loss of my loved one. Since hiring SLPM, they have seamlessly dealt with many inherent issues with the HOA, relieving me of a huge amount of stress and worry in a time of grief. They also managed a situation with a preexisting problem with a fellow tenant with grace. Following a beautiful presentation, it is currently rented. I very much appreciate the philosophy that they expressed about their goal to find a stable and long-lasting tenant. They have given many updates to keep me informed, but I have also not felt inundated with too much information. I am very pleased and completely satisfied with choosing SLPM to take care of my property.

I have been a client of SLPM since last summer. Steve's initial visit to my house for rent was very informative and he gave me some amazing advice on property improvements. Shortly after, and during my renovations, their maintenance manager Max visited and guided me through the final steps on preparing my home for rent. Their fees are very reasonable and some of their features were superior to other competitors I had found. They found some terrific tenants and we have all been very happy. SLPM is a fantastic team. From helping to make sure my place was rent-ready and finding excellent tenants, I have been so happy with their effort. My condo had a small leak that was impacting a downstairs neighbor (the condos are old), and they were so fast to come and make sure it was resolved. I am always recommending them to others. Thanks to the team for a continued great job.
