GoogleI’m very disappointed with my experience. After leaving, I noticed the underpart of my car was left unscrewed, which is something that should never happen. I had to deal with replacing it myself, which was very costly and it honestly felt like my car had been tampered with. This was careless and unacceptable. I trusted them to do the job properly, but they clearly didn’t. I would not recommend coming here.

GoogleHonest, reliable, and took a walk-in on a weekend! I had my truck's air conditioner leaks repaired and then an alternator replaced. They were honest and thorough enough to catch that I needed a new belt which they showed me. They could have ignored it on a hot Saturday afternoon and let me break down, but they didn't! Would recommend them to anyone in the area!

GoogleThe owner Jana, was responsive and helpful to the questions I had regarding being a Synchrony Car Care location as well as being able to service my European car (Volkswagen) which typically uses a different oil and my Hyundai. Service was relatively fast - under 30 minutes for both my cars. I think I overheard another customer being able to bring their own oil of choice for them to use, which is a nice option if so! Price was also surprisingly cheaper than the previous shop I was going to for my Hyundai, more expensive for my Volkswagen but as expected due to needing European oil. Will be back to bring my cars for oil changes.

GoogleDon't ever go over to this place for help. I had car trouble on Vasco. My host clam popped off so I Jimmy rigged it and got down the hill. I went to this Vasco, loop. And asked if I could borrow pair players. And I told the mechanic I would give him $20, if you just let them borrow pair pliers. The mechanic in the shop told me That he didn't have tools there. Because his house burned out and all the tools got burned down in the fight. So I walked inside and I asked the guy behind the counter if I could borrow some pliers. He told me no . So customer said I saw you have car trouble down Vasco I should have stopped and helped. I said it's OK said I have some supplies. You can borrow the customer. Let me borrow the pliers fix my truck, but they're not knowing, but I'm a diesel mechanic and a work for. A very good company and I didn't have my tools with me. Everything's in my toolbox. It was the customer that helped me get back on the road. Suggest now that this place, if you need help will not help you. So they don't help you with something simple as borrowing a tool How do you know they're gonna be honest about? Oil changes and things they tried to sell. You don't ever go there
