Serenity now! Yes...you can experience that at Serenity Nails! The staff is very friendly. The manager, Ann, always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome. They follow covid procedures effectively!

I was hesitant based on reviews and should have listened. My nails look horrible. The tip she put on was not attached to the nail correctly leaving a gap underneath. Color is messy and uneven. Top coat was all over the place, on cuticles etc. edges are missed with the top coat…COMPLETE waste of money. I didn’t have time to have them fix it. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to start my appointment. I had to say something before they finally started. The service was rushed and just really crummy. I will not even go back to have them fix it. If this is their quality, I won’t let them touch my nails again.

Not happy with my pedicure today. My cousin and I went in together. She had a lady who took her time, gave her a nice massage. I had an older lady who rushed during my pedicure, the polish was cheap and honestly it looks like a child could have done better. I asked her to break my $10 in ones because I didn’t want to give her a $5 tip. She then gave me $5 back and I asked again for her to give me $1s. She ignored me, and said, “$5 each???” Meaning a $5 for her and a $5 for the girl who worked on my cousin. The girl who worked on my cousin did a good job, but the older lady doing mine did not. I said whatever and left, telling my family and cousins not to go back there.

Got a gel mani & regular pedi, from Jenny and Nancy, and they are both the sweetest. They definitely will take such good care of you! They give a great shoulder rub after the manicure too, which is such a treat! They're great at choosing matching colors for your polishes. Went back for my 2nd time, and I'm for sure coming back for my next mani pedi!

My experience was really good so I don’t know what the others are talking about. My nails came out great and I love their pedicures! The people there are kind as well.
