Been coming here for the past 2 years & recently got a package to prep my face for my wedding next summer. I appreciated how honest nurse Monica was about what would be the best treatments for my skin. She’s got such a gentle touch and an amazing eye for detail. Loving my results already! Also loved that she followed up after my appointment to check how I was doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Hands down the best HydraFacial I’ve ever gotten! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, explained every step, and made the entire experience feel personalized and luxurious. My skin has never felt this clean, smooth, and glowy. I called once in the past to ask about their services and without my permission, they added my phone number to receive their marketing texts. I get marketing text messages from them way too frequently, even though I never opted into it, which makes it illegal. When I block and report the number, they rotate the number to a new one to continue messaging me, which makes it a willful evasion of my opt-out. Don't make the mistake of calling them and letting them have your phone number unless you like telemarketing harassment. They're breaking laws and I'm going to start documenting it all to take action against them.
