I always get my birthday cakes for self and others here (for decades). Recently, never any staff in bakery. On the 27th, I went in and waited more than 45 minutes at bakery no one available to help. Called the store while waiting but still no one. When I asked other employee's they either just looked at me or told me they could not help. I hope they get the help they need soon because this is a convenient, clean Safeway otherwise.

I was in the store for 15 minutes mostly at the cash register waiting for the price on one single item to be corrected. It never happened. I left without the groceries. Ridiculous lack of organization, leadership, & service

The baker yesterday was horrible, she cussed at me and ruined my cake; they put the wrong icing, terrible design on the cake and had the audacity to tell me “I didn’t say how many balloons I wanted” I told them to decorate, she even finished it late by 40 mins and said I had to wait another 30 mins to get it fully decorated. I’ve been ordering cakes from here for 11 years and never has it gone wrong till now.

Checker was very annoying and wouldn't sell alcohol to me because my boyfriend came in with me and wouldn't show ID.....he's ten years older than me??? I was in line by myself, I've seen her do this to other people it's very aggravating when you're literally in line by yourself

No.welcome or goodbye from my checker she was very rude ahe was latina with hair up in a ponytail .she made me feel unwecome.in traing they tell you too greet customers.the bagger was curteous at least
