Horrible experience. Firstly , the place was too loud. Walked in having high expectations of this place. Wanted a soothing and a calming experience, however the women there were yapping and giggling so loudly. There were too many working people in every corner with only two customers. How I wanted to enjoy the calming music with my foot n hand massage but this was not possible at all. Thanks to the loud conversations from one end to another. The lady who did my hand massage was pretty nice, however, the nail paint that was used was very very poor quality. Even after leaving my hands to dry for more than 30m, the nail paint still got ruined. Same case with my feet. The lady was in a hurry to leave, she didn’t even give me a proper massage that I paid for. She also ended up putting a towel that was so hot that it almost charred my skin. My feet nail paint also chipped off in an hour. Horrible place if you are looking for high quality experience . Ended up paying 115$ and it’s such a huge waste. Never going back.

The ladies here were super kind and did beautiful work. My daughter (8) and I went together and they treated her so sweetly. She asked for a design on her nails and they hand created designs that were beautiful. The place is very clean and they offer drinks with the service. Our nails are gorgeous. Very happy.

I have gone to this place about 5 times. I have had good service the first three times. Two visits ago I had Tiffany give me a manicure. Not only was she rough with filing, she cut my nails too short despite my saying not to. I went back today and asked for anyone else and lo and behold Tiffany is now giving me a pedicure. She cut my big toe which I am now having to ice at home. My complaint isn’t about the place, rather Tiffany - way too rough.

My daughter and I went to Royal Nails for the first time to pamper ourselves a bit and we were excited because it seems to have pretty good reviews; However our experience was not like the reviews.. my daughter and I asked for French tip acrylic nails. We showed the exact same photo for reference and my daughters nails although they aren’t horrible, they aren’t what she asked for. As for mine, they look more like the reference photo but with major flaws. I have bubbles and lumps as well as extra product build up on one of my nails and my left thumb is shaped weird like it’s slanted to the left… I also had a French tip pedicure to match my nails and it’s Awful. My big toes are embarrassing! I asked for acrylic on my 2 big toes but the lady said no they look fine.. against my better judgement I trusted her and trusted the process… I wish I didn’t!!! Also I paid more for my toe French tips which was an additional $25 to do them for a total of $70 & for mine and my daughters nails we got different lengths and was charged $55 each plus $10 for the French tip… I will not be going back. Also Alex the guy who did my nails was extremely rough when hand filing and he burned me a couple times with the electric drill. For $200 I expected better!

The place is super cute and clean and Beth and Kelly did a fabulous job on my nails. I am coming back! Update 5 days later: my hand nails started chipping at the top of the nails 3 days after I did the gel shellac application. I am at the beach now for 10 days and hoping it won't come out but honestly one of them already started coming out, the right thumb nail, and the tips of my nails get stuck in my clothes because of the way they are chipping and it doesn't look like they will stay put for long. I am very disappointed. The whole reason why I did shellac was for my nails to stay put for 2 weeks while I am on vacation. They were very expensive to be chipping off only three days after doing them!
