I am so disheartened to see a manager treat a worker so poorly. We all heard the manager yell on the intercom for Olivia. The manager then proceeded to yell at Olivia in front of customers! So dissatisfied with my experience. Can’t imagine shopping in a store that is clearly poorly run. Short staffed… I wonder why…

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. A cashier by the name of Heather was incredibly rude to me without any reason. Other employees noticed and I had to speak to the manager. She offered me an apology, but I’ll never go back to this Ross again. Remember; we are the customers.. no need to be disrespectful when I’m using my hard earned money to purchase products from your establishment

This store is not very big and not much choices. The cashier calculated wrongly but was resolved when I pointed out her mistake.

Worst customer service! Every time I come here there is always a problem. The employees are so unnecessarily rude. I understand that you hate your job but don’t throw your anger onto the nice customers. I also work retail and know that sometimes it’s necessary to stand up for yourself in a professional manner but if the customer isn’t being rude then what’s the point of giving us attitude!? Also, open up the old dressing rooms; providing 2 for the public is crazy.

Got to love Ross. I love stopping by every once in a while and checking their inventory. You can't beat their prices on shoes, only thing is that finding the correct size can be difficult at times.
