I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated today. I went at 12:45 pm for a flu shot. Waited in line and got to the front only to be told they couldn’t help me at that computer so I had to step aside and wait in another line. I waited another 20 minutes, finally get to the front of that line at 1:20 only to be told “sorry we’re closed for lunch”. They could have told me right away not to wait around but instead I wasted 40 minutes. And it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to give the shot. I won’t be back here for my vaccines, Safeway across the parking lot is much better.

Every time I enter the store someone says hello and asks if I need help. The group of people that run the store are great. Best of any stores (not counting CVS) any I have gone to in the past.

I want to give a big shoutout to Chona, one of the pharmacy clerks at this CVS. She’s been here for years, and every time I come in, she’s consistently kind, helpful, and always has a warm smile on her face. It’s clear she really knows what she’s doing, and she helps make the whole process feel smooth and easy. Chona is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this location. The entire pharmacy team is on top of things, and it’s reassuring to know I can rely on them. Thank you, Chona, for your continued dedication and care!

Every time I enter this store I’m greeted with a smile and a hello everyone is extremely nice and helpful even those working pharmacy I won’t go anywhere but here you can’t find good customer service nowadays but here you can shout out to the entire staff Great Job!
