We had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Livermore. The room was clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the layout. It felt surprisingly spacious for how much was included, and everything was thoughtfully designed and functional. I especially want to recognize Stephanie on staff. She went above and beyond during our stay. It was clear she was extremely busy and handling a lot at once, yet she maintained a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude the entire time. She helped me with small things like an extra room key and more towels, but never made it feel trivial or rushed. Employees like Stephanie truly elevate the experience. I will say it looked like the team may have been short-staffed, as she seemed to be juggling quite a bit, but she handled it with grace and professionalism.

Does not offer the GSA rate for livermore on concur. When the website thinks it is offering the GSA rate, it is set for the rate of San Jose. Could not find one date in which the government rate for livermore was offered even though this hotel is in livermore. Not one week out, not one month out, not 5 months out. I'd prefer to accrue bonvoy points instead of earning hilton points next door but for now I don't have a choice (I have to travel to livermore about 20 weeks a year and prefer to have a fridge). I'm posting the review to hopefully gain the attention of management and potentially make them aware that they have the wrong location rate set, if they didn't know. I'll gladly remove the review when contacted about the issue.

Nice hotel, huge studio suites, great location, good free breakfast, good service. Only problem for me was the sound insulation is terrible. Woke up a few times cos people were talking loudly. The first time I thought they were in my room, they were so loud! So, considering I couldn’t sleep well I’ve to give it 3 stars. Great location right next to the outlet though.

What impressed me most about the Residence Inn in Livermore was the incredible staff. From the front desk to every team member I met, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality created such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. On top of that, the property itself is beautiful, spotless, and filled with great amenities that made the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was so well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in excellent condition. Overall, my experience here exceeded expectations from start to finish. I can’t wait to return, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Livermore!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Livermore! The hotel was incredibly clean from top to bottom, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. In fact, every staff member l interacted with was great they went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and their friendliness created such a warm, home like atmosphere. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to stay here again highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
