I had a great experience working with Real Property Management, especially Aaron and Kattie. They are very professional, honest, and extremely helpful. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which made me feel confident and comfortable. This was my first time using a property management service, and I was truly impressed. They work quickly and efficiently, and within just 12 days, my property was successfully rented. Their management fee is only 6.9%, which is very reasonable considering the high-quality service they provide. I am very thankful to Aaron and Kattie for their dedication and excellent work. I know that sometimes dealing with rental property managers (or landlords) it is not always easy, but thankfully for us RPM ONE (Real Property Mgmt One) was very easy to work with and made our transition to the new house seamless. We are having to move due to work related needs but they have been a great resource and reference for us in finding a new place. Our go to contact was Katie; she is always on top of any property maintenance needed and just great to work with in general. It was obvious to me that she put a lot of care and effort into the job and it was highly appreciated by my wife and I. Aside from Katie the whole team was also very quick to respond and always answered any questions or concerns we may have had. Big thanks to RPM One for making this rental experience smooth and easy!
