Thank you R&C Auto! For helping me out with my trucks issue. Unfortunately wasn’t able to bring my Diesel truck here for repairs but they went out of their way to point me in the right direction. Highly recommend!

Brought my vehicle here for pads because my brake went to the floor in my Chevy was told master cylinder has no fluid told me that my rear shoes which were drums were installed incorrectly. I paid them to rebuild the master cylinder and replace the front and rear brakes give them nearly $2000 and had a light come on in my truck having to deal with my brakes ABS light Called them ask him about it. The man answered the phone with me who is apparently the owner raise his voice with me about telling me that I could bring it in and he’d want to charge me another $2000 for a Master cylinder did not go back. A few months later took my truck over to have my master cylinder replaced at a reliable auto shop that I trust and it was 350 bucks for a brand new one not a rebuilt one he quoted me 2000 bucks at R&C Automotive My mechanic texted me to tell me the brake springs were on backwards at the parking brake cable and causing some friction. Based on the Customer Service, I got from RNC auto service. I would never go back there. The man yelled at me wanted to use profanity at me for asking him to explain why my ABS light was on after he fixed my Brakes. Terrible Customer Service does not give a shit about customers and feel like they took advantage of me because I sent my daughter down with my truck because I was working. Don’t go here. This guy is a joke and his clowns don’t know the difference about putting a spring on correctly.

Wonderful experience! Very accommodating and great customer service. My final price was less than the estimate, when the work started something didn’t end up needing to be replaced. I appreciated the honesty & transparency!

Great place to service all of your car needs! Have been coming to R&C for many years to have my cars taken care of. The team there (Sophie, Dave) are great and provide fantastic customer service and I can be confident that the work will get done at a fair price with quality service! Can't recommend them enough!

The two gentlemen I dealt with were very courteous and kind. The service I received was exceptional. I was called with every update. My car was promised to be finished by 3:00 but the actually finished it at 2:00. I would highly recommend this place.
