Bonnie is AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond for my husband and I and we are eternally grateful. We were so lucky that Zillow partnered us with Bonnie. She's wonderful! My spouse and I were first time home buyers, and she was so protective of us as if she were family. She held our hands from beginning to end. She’s very responsive and personable. She made sure we were comfortable to the end. She is very knowledgeable, and If there are unknowns, she’s honest and tells you she doesn’t know but helps with researching the topic. I respect that with people.
