Had an appt at 2:30 for an oil change, 2 HOURS later I am still waiting. What's the point of an appointment????

Quicklane review. Thank you to Erik G. And the Tech that worked on my vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil change and after checking my brakes they recommended replacing the rear brakes. Trying to save some money I checked with my local tire shop and they quoted me about $110 less. I brought the car over to the tire shop and they claimed that Quicklane over torqued my lugs and they could not remove my wheels. They sent me back to the quicklane to have the wheels torqued to spec and “have them replace the lugs if they break” I drove back to quicklane and Erik greeted me to see why I had returned. I explained what the local tire shop had said and he assured me they do not over torque. Not only that he had the Tech come out and loosen and retorque the lugs to spec. The tech was able to loosen them easily and not a single lug ‘broke off’,’ as the local tire guy said it would. I really appreciate Erik and the Tech showing me rather than just telling me that the tire guys was wrong. Will be returning to have my Brakes done at the Quicklane Tomorrow thanks to Erik and the Tech.

The overall experience is generally ok. The price is incredibly expensive now. It cost $89.95 for The Work, and another $89.95 to replace the cabin air filter. The windshield washer fluid was not topped off. Complimentary car wash, not very clean though. 2 hour waiting with appointment. I have always taken my car back here after I bought my car, but maybe it’s time to check other places.

I have used quick lane for maintenance on my vehicle for a couple years now. Very disappointed in this location. I just wanted my tire pressure checked. Walked in and was never acknowledged by anyone. I stood to the side and waited my turn, then someone jumps before me and the staff member didn't even acknowledge me. I just left at this point and went to the gas station since I can check my own tire pressure. I am use to service and I can tell I wouldn't be getting any here.
