My husband and I highly recommend the Livermore purpose built location! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This location specifically always has the graphic tees we come in looking for and they are good about having some bigger sizes available. The quality of clothes and shoes is impeccable. They even have a toddler play area for the busy moms that come in with their partners.I Highly recommend this Purpose Built location, we will continue as loyal customers.

Hi, I want to firmly address the inaccuracies in your response. I was not parked overnight—my vehicle was towed after being in your lot for just 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have attached photo evidence from the towing company itself, which includes legal documentation and timestamps clearly proving this. Additionally, I was in your store that day as a paying customer before going to eat nearby. The fact that I was towed shortly after shopping at your business makes this situation even more inappropriate and unacceptable. When I spoke directly with the towing company, they stated my car was towed because it had been parked for “over an hour”—not for overnight parking or for blocking any event. This contradicts your claim and highlights how misleading your signage and enforcement policy truly are. If you’re towing vehicles for such short durations, it’s your responsibility to provide crystal-clear signage. Right now, your lack of transparency and poor communication are causing unnecessary conflict with the community. If this isn’t addressed, it’s going to cost you the respect and support of the town of Livermore.

Purchase elsewhere I have emailed 4 times and called & left a message with no replies. Not only did I slice my finger open in the free knife they packaged wide open attached to the box, but they also sent the completely wrong boots! Terrible customer service!! Disappointing that I had to purchase Throgood through this company. I should have went with boot barn.

So sad that Dom's is no longer here. Purpose Built has mainly work and construction clothing with the name brands. Quality clothing , but be prepared to pay the price.
