Precision Garage Door service, namely Sheridan Abad was terrific! He was kind and professional. I had a 20 year old system and the keypad was no longer working reliably to enter the house. Sheridan identified the parts that needed to be replaced, showing me the wear and tear on the old parts. He did not try to oversell anything and gave me options I could consider that fit within my budget. The pictures are of the new system, new motor, keypad, 2 remotes and a User Guide. He showed me how to operate each new item, and the new system whirs softly when opening and closing! No more screechy old rusted rings from the old system. I am thrilled with Precision and especially with Sheridan Abad.!! His years of experience really shine as he upgrades my system. Most would need two men for an installation like this but Sheridan has the experience to do it all. It was a pleasure. Photos.are of the NEW keypad, remotes, etc.

My first time using precision garage door services because of good reviews. Appointment made the next day and the technician Jose arrived exactly the time within. Jose is very professional and efficient. He is obviously experienced and knows what he's doing! Jose fixed the issues, walked me through the issues and how he would correct them, and did what he promised. Very pleased of his work and is highly recommended precision. Will surely use precision if I have any garage door issues.

I got a new garage door system (lift-master latest 2025) with all the buff and sham with them, recently in August. Antonio Mendoza seemed a nice professional. A month into it, the nut on the handle that holds the door which moves it up and down the belt literally fell off after it closed. I called them at 8:30 pm (as on date) and they’ve scheduled a service appointment the next day afternoon. Too bad they didn’t have anyone to come right away. Secondly, although I liked the install, the tech should have verified that his design of placement of handle (which is on the strut of our garage door) actually is reliable and hold the cycles of open and close. That’s the only main component that needs the most sturdiness as it lifts the door up and down every cycle! Too bad they didn’t check that.. although I did question being an engineer for 30+ years myself. They need this “design thinking” not just techs that can tighten and tighten nuts and bolts or install a belt based system. I’ll report back once it’s fixed and a better design of placement is done, hope he can find a reliable sturdy solution. I have homes in other states and they do it all too well. I’m assuming in northern cal they’ll have the smartest people ? I’ll be happy to change the rating and provide a updated experience after an update and if this is resolved with sturdy operation for few months!

Hi, Precision Garage Door did a fabulous job. From start to finish! Moran Criveano was excellent, she guided us through the whole project. She was patient, and explained everything, which led us our dream garage door. If anyone needs a new garage door, Precision is the place to go!

Salvador Alvarez is the technician who helped us with the garage door issue.He is very polite and punctual. He did explained and showed us all the issues with the garage door.
