Ordered ahead was made to wait 10 minutes after completed order time, without a single person speaking to me. Then only once another customer stood up for the poor service was I helped. Would not recommend wasting your time or your money here.

I went to the drive thru Friday night. It wasn’t busy i ordered 12 pieces bundle. With two mash and biscuits. I got cold chicken one mash I fries no biscuit. I paid 45 bucks for an order that I threw half away. Your personal don’t listen to an order making 20 an hour. There’s no excuse why serve cold chicken or get an order wrong. They don’t check the bag. Why must I be the one. There should be someone checking making sure orders are correct. Bad service. Kids talking to much to one another instead of being professional in front of a customer

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. My experience was great. A lot of people forget that people that work in customer service are humans too, and feel the need to berate and degrade them. I got exceptional service in my food was hot and fresh. I was in and out within five minutes. They have an excellent team In are doing their best, which is well above average.

Horrible experience on Valentine’s Day. They had a Hispanic female worker on the drive thru and she barely spoke English. After giving us the wrong food item , she had the nerve to come argue with us at the window and tell us WE were in the wrong instead of simply remaking our food item. I am requesting a manager contact me and take action before I expose this place on social media
