GoogleMy dog is extremely hard to groom and they did everything they could and he looks fantastic. They treat the animals very well and are very professional. Thank you Alina for doing such a good job and going the extra mile.

GoogleVery well-organized, clean, inviting store with all kinds of stuff for our beloved pets! Got what we needed quickly, associate pointed us in the right direction. Photo shows their selection of seasonal Halloween decor. This location has a grooming station right near the entrance. PetSmart has a foundation that has adopted out many pets, so we like shopping there since they're doing good work. Only exception to that is that they sell live fish, birds, etc.. We have been involved in animal rescue for years and do not agree that fish, reptiles, birds, small mammals, or any other live creatures should be sold at any pet store. For every live animal we see, hundreds have died in transport or from illness, and those that are bred often suffer in an unhealthy environment. Seems contrary to their policy of humanitarian work, but this is not the associates' doing, and we don't want to penalize them as a they were helpful & polite. Great discounts if you sign up for their rewards program. Parking is close, free, and convenient, except during rush hour times.

GoogleOur cat unexpectedly became very ill, our own Banfield's in Danville was unable to take her in even as an emergency. This Dublin Banfield both graciously and so supportively showed such compassion made an appointment to see her. We cannot have been more thankful the care and compassion they show pets and their families. We unfortunately lost our 8yr old Turkish on this day, but their staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this Banfield location within the Dublin Petsmart.

GoogleThe customer service was good; however, the employees lacked sufficient knowledge about animal care. As a beginner, I bought a crested gecko after receiving advice from a PetSmart employee who recommended a heat lamp. Unfortunately, this was incorrect guidance likely a mix-up with care instructions for a leopard gecko, causing my crested gecko passed away within a week. Losing such a small, precious life so soon was truly heartbreaking.

Google"I recently took my dog to this groomer ‘Kai’ at PetSmart for a path and brush. Although I was quoted a 2-3 hour window, I was told to pick my dog up after just one hour. The results were disappointing; my dog’s coat looked dull and lacked that 'freshly groomed' feel, appearing as though he had simply been rinsed and dried. More concerningly, my dog began itching immediately afterward. Given the rushed service and the skin irritation, I won’t be returning."
