GoogleI joined Patelco in April 2025. I told them a little about myself and what I was trying to accomplish. Their financial advisor Pompy is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, direct, and customer oriented. She even emailed me to check on me when I hadn’t been in for a while. She genuinely wants to see you meet your financial goals and has these exercises to become aware of the spending habits that are hindering you from meeting them. Thank you Pompy.

GoogleTheir system was down, but a member Solutions Specialist by the name of Fabiola Rodriguez helped me do my transaction through the mobile app. She was very patient and helped me step by step. She was very polite and patient with me.

GoogleI rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this branch was frustrating enough to warrant one. My 70-year-old mother had her online banking locked due to suspicious activity, and we drove 50 miles just to resolve the issue in person. Unfortunately, we were met with a rude and dismissive teller (Latina woman with blonde hair) who clearly had no interest in providing basic customer service. From the start, she spoke to us condescendingly, as if we were beneath her. After a brief check, she said, “You’re good to go,” eager to get rid of us. But my mother still had questions, so I spoke up to ensure everything was fully resolved. That’s when she snapped at me, saying, “You shouldn’t speak for her. She needs to speak for herself,” with an unnecessary attitude. It was obvious she was impatient and didn’t want to deal with us. Rather than helping, she decided to block the account again, forcing back-office intervention—all without a hint of sympathy or professionalism. It felt like she had never dealt with elderly customers or understood how stressful banking issues can be for seniors. We deeply regret choosing this branch. Had we read the reviews beforehand, we would have driven the extra 20 miles to the branch where they actually know and respect my mom. If you value patience, professionalism, and basic customer service, I strongly suggest avoiding this teller and, honestly, this branch altogether.

GoogleMy experience at this location was really bad. I scheduled for an appointment with the loan officer Kellie Burdick and she was 20 minutes late to the appointment, no apologies, no nothing. And then when I brought up different questions about the loan and as well as the timeline because I’m pressed for time and only have 25 days left before closing date, instead of answering the questions nicely, she acted like she’s the real one who handing out money when she’s just someone that works there. And when she knew she wouldn’t be able to talk me into her high interest mortgages, she told me to get out of the room and when I was gathering my stuff, she didn’t forget to tell me to hurry because she had another appointment. She’s such a disgrace to this company. Not to mention, their interest rate is significantly higher compared to other options and that requires a lot of documents to prove this and that. I do not recommend this place. And believe me when I say you don’t want to deal with this business at all. A nightmare. If I am able to give 0 stars, I would
