Palm Event Center is an absolutely amazing place to celebrate, and the staff is incredible and so easy to work with. The onsite coordinators were truly fantastic—they ensured our entire day flowed seamlessly and was completely stress-free. The food was genuinely amazing, and our guests are still raving about it! What truly sets Palm Event Center apart is how accommodating they are to all guests, going above and beyond to make sure every single person feels special and well-cared for. We highly recommend this beautiful venue!

I recently had my wedding reception at the Palm Event Center on 11/14/2025 and it was amazing! Right after the initial tour in October 2024, we immediately knew that this was the venue that we wanted to have our wedding reception at. It is so beautiful! Please be aware, this venue books up so fast so if you're still thinking about it - book that tour ASAP and get started!! It's so worth it. From the very beginning, we've had only positive experiences with the Palm team. The entire team was so easy to communicate and work with and we never felt any type of stress from this part of our planning process. Email responses were always lightning quick. We were introduced to our coordinator, Heather, a few months prior to our wedding date and she was a joy to work with. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. On the day of the wedding, she and the Palm team executed our vision amazingly and constantly checked in with us to make sure our wedding reception was running smoothly. The venue setup was exactly what I communicated and envisioned, and Heather adjusted where needed to make things even better. The venue was stunning and we are so happy with how everything turned out. We've received so many compliments from our friends and family in the weeks after our wedding. I can't say enough good things about this team and venue!! Thanks again Palm team!

We absolutely loved Casa Real and the entire Beets Hospitality Team! From the very first meeting, we knew this was the venue for us. Of all the venues we toured, Casa Real stood out because they were the only team who asked about our love story and that meant everything to us. From that moment on, the customer service was truly exceptional. We booked Casa Real in Fall 2023 for our June 2025 wedding, and the experience from start to finish was seamless. We initially worked with Kara Andrews, who is absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful, and always responsive to our many questions as we prepared for the big day. Our menu tasting in November 2024 was fantastic and only made us more excited. We decided to order our cake and desserts with them too. As the wedding approached, Jolyne Talosig-Chhi was assigned as our day-of coordinator, and we instantly loved her. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and supportive, and made the entire process feel calm and stress-free. It seemed like she has done this 1000 times and it shows! Our rehearsal and décor drop-off went smoothly, and everything felt so well-organized. The wedding day itself was truly perfect! The venue is beautiful. The entire staff went above and beyond and not just for us, but for all of our guests! Casa Real even had dedicated staff assigned specifically to us as the bride and groom to make sure we actually ate our appetizers and enjoyed drinks during cocktail hour (they even had a cart just for us!). The food was amazing, the open bar was popular, and our cake was exactly how we envisioned it! The level of hospitality was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced—truly 10/10. Even during breakdown and cleanup, Casa Real exceeded our expectations. Although we had assigned tasks to our bridal party, the Casa Real and Beets Hospitality Team handled everything. They packed up all of our décor, coordinated everything seamlessly, and all we had to do was load the cars. As a final thoughtful touch, they even sent us home with a little bag filled with delicious dips. We are beyond grateful for everyone involved in making our wedding so incredibly special. Thank you, Casa Real and Beets Hospitality Team, for an unforgettable experience. Everything was absolutely PERFECT!

Our recent wedding at The Palm Event Center exceeded our expectations! The team led by Nicole Silva truly performed above and beyond, making our day spectacular. Our guests raved about the food, atmosphere and service. From the first point of contact until the days after our wedding Nicole and the team clearly communicated, listened and facilitated our vision coming to life. Gratitude to Nicole, the team, and everyone that helped make our dreams a reality! This was our third event at The Palm….each one has been amazing and impressive…thank you!

We had a wonderful experience having our wedding at the Palm event center earlier this month! From our initial visit, we were sure we wanted to get married there and since then, the Palm team was very responsive and supportive. Whenever we had a question about planning, we either got a response immediately or within a few hours, which helped tremendously with the planning process. Heather, our day of coordinator, was incredibly considerate and detail oriented. She was constantly ensuring we were eating throughout the afternoon and evening as well as making sure things were running on time! The staff the day of the event was also wonderful and helpful to all of our family members before and after the event. We had guests attending from all around the country and all of them were so impressed with the venue and event. This wouldn’t have been possible without the team at Palm! We would highly recommend having your wedding here for a seamless planning process and an amazing wedding day!
